In Belgium, the endurance competition among sports cars is taking place again. The race has been held since 1953, now known as the 6 Hours of Spa Francorchamps. In 2012, the championship was included in the World Championship of races of this type from the International Automobile Federation. As of 2021, the record-breaking motorist is Jacky Ickx.
