Petrov is an engineer at the plant. He has constant conflicts with plant management represented by Mr. Nazarov. Battle between their characters is so exhausting that they simultaneously decide to take a vacation and relax from everyday work and constant bickering. However, both are in the same travel squad and this fact causes their mutual dismay. But in this place Petrov is the chief. The squad will go through many trials during which Nazarov and Petrov will show their best qualities and realize that they can become friends.
