In the thirty-fourth British Superbike Championship, rider Josh Brooks started as the reigning champion. Round eight was held at Silverstone Raceway, where Gino Rea, Glenn Irwin, Mackenzie and Jason O'Halloran managed to distinguish themselves in the heats. The next round will be held in Cheshire County at Oulton Park Circuit.
