The National Restaurant Award SOL® is the main annual event of the restaurant industry in Ukraine. The IX award ceremony will take place on November 28, 2021, where 17 winners will receive a sign of quality of their establishment - a copper pan of the French brand de Byuer!

The award was founded by Hoteliero in 2013 and is designed to develop the restaurant industry in Ukraine, unite the best and form a quality benchmark to follow. The members of the jury of SOL® award include leading experts of Ukraine: representatives of the winning restaurants of the past years, restaurateurs, chefs, sommeliers, chef-bartenders and opinion leaders.
