In 2015, a riot takes place in Baltimore, involving a demand for justice for twenty-five-year-old African-American Freddie Gray. The latter died in strange circumstances in a police cell. Drugs start to spread at a high rate here, and more crimes happen, so Sergeant Jenkins and his elite team take on the case.
