In the course of an experiment to text a new type of gamma bomb, Dr. Bruce Banner transforms unto an uncontrollable monster. The transformation lasted not too long, however, his monstrous alter ego continues to show up during outbursts of anger. In order to ensure the public safety, military forces declare a manhunt for him. Banner goes on the run, desperately trying to find the cure for mutation.
