As part of the UCI World Tour 2024, the Strade Bianche one-day road cycling race, which was the eighteenth event in the series, took place on the roads of Italy. Eighteen teams of the respective category were invited to compete, as well as five ProTeam teams. The total length of the course was two hundred and fifteen kilometers.
