The Elon Musk Show series was produced by 72 Films and BBC Studios. It was first released on October 12, 2022, in the UK. One of the directors and producers was the winner of a Bafta TV Craft, Marian Mohamed. The narrator was Kate Fleetwood, who was nominated for the Women's Image Network Award. Two-time BAFTA nominee David Glover joined the team of producers.

The music for the project was written by Max De Waardener, who was nominated for the last-mentioned award.
