The World Summer Universiade, organized by FISU, will kick off a new season on July 16, 2025, and run through July 27. Student-athletes will compete in the Rhine-Ruhr region across the cities of Bochum, Duisburg, Hagen, Essen, and Mülheim. Participants will face off in 18 sports.
