After learning from a medical examination that he is terminally ill, one of Europe’s best hitmen, Joe, orders his own death. For a generous reward, his colleagues are supposed to finish him off. Soon, Joe discovers that the hospital mixed up the test results and that the fatal diagnosis was a mistake.
