The human cub Mowgli continues his adventures in the wild tropics under the watchful eye of the wise bear Baloo and the graceful panther Bagheera. A harsh law reigns in the jungle, requiring all inhabitants to stand together in the face of danger. However, the cunning tiger Shere Khan persists in his attempts to hunt the boy and disrupt the peace. Mowgli must demonstrate courage and wit to protect his loved ones and prove his loyalty to his friends.
