Dean, a former special forces agent, suffers from traumatic memories of his service in Bosnia. At a diner, a group of criminals injects him with a powerful hallucinogen. The drug forces him to relive past horrors and blur the line between reality and combat. Dean reverts to his professional training, turning the establishment into a battlefield.
