From May 21 to 24, 2026, the Spanish province of Burgos hosts the 11th edition of the prestigious Vuelta a Burgos, a multi-day stage race held as part of the elite UCI Women's WorldTour. Cyclists will face four challenging stages covering a total distance of approximately 495 kilometers. This year's route combines treacherous flat sections prone to crosswinds, rolling hilly labyrinths, and the region's scenic wine landscapes. The main highlights of the competition will traditionally culminate in the final queen stage, "Caminos en Flor," which finishes with the iconic, grueling climb up the Lagunas de Neila, where the winner of the prestigious general classification leader's jersey will be decided.
