The musical documentary Charter of Independence by the Khartiya unit is a large-scale video tribute to Ukraine’s Independence Day, created for everyone who fights, creates, and brings victory closer every day. The film portrays Kharkiv as a city that holds the line, shields Ukraine, and embodies unyielding will and strength.

At its core is a unique fusion of culture and the military. Nine popular Ukrainian artists, including Zhadan i Sobaky, TNMK, Druha Rika, Volodymyr Dantes, KAZKA, Latexfauna, Kozak System, and Yuliya Yurina, performed in iconic locations across Kharkiv — both outdoors and underground. Together with the military bands of the Poltava and Sloviansk brigades, they created a living story about the city and its people.
