End of the third millennium is the time of stability and illusory well-being. But this is just a beautiful facade. The protagonist Ace Cooper has magical powers and knows what behind the presentable façade hides the corrupt and despotic government, which uses the human race for their own, not pious, goals. There is no one to challenge their dictatorship, and then Ace decides to make himself at the forefront of the liberation of people from shackles of the administrative apparatus.
