It all starts with the fact that a Deputy District Attorney Dave Douglas takes up the case related to a laboratory in which experiments on animals are conducted. In the process, he gets exposed to an experimental top-secret miracle drug that causes genes mutation. As a result, Dave begins to turn into a dog at times, which hampers his career, but at the same time helps him learn more about himself and his family. Rethinking his life, Dave dreams of once again becoming a model husband and father, but at first he must fulfill a noble mission - to prevent the implementation of evil designs of those who are behind the invention of a serum that turned him into the playful dog.
