This is a cinematic triptych of stories unfolding in Tokyo – “Interior Design”, “Merde” and “Shaking Tokyo”. The first story is about a provincial young couple that moves to Tokyo to achieve fame by using their talents. They are pressed for money, the apartment is rented for a short period of time, but their strong relationships and mutual support seem to bear any challenge thrown by the capital. The second story is about a dirty creature that lives under ground. And the third one follows the life of a guy whose sitting at home doesn’t prevent him from finding his love and changing his views.
