A film is about the real gang wars character of the mid 70's in port Cleveland, Ohio. Danny Greene is a simple slit who could put up with the arbitrariness of employers who were supported by the local union tip as everyone else did. But Danny is an Irishman. Rebelliousness is in his blood and he doesn’t want to tolerate injustice. Green becomes the President of Cleveland Dockers Union. But the legal part of his working life does not last for long.
