Vitya is a gambler, and he gets to a debtor’s prison as a result of his inability to stop in time while playing for money. He needs money because he owes it to serious people. Vitya’s uncle can save him, but he is a pragmatic man and he won’t take his nephew out of this kind of situation. Vitya ventures for a fraud. He shows a profitable project – an asylum – to his uncle. The uncle needs to look at it with his own eyes at the object which doesn’t exist in the world at all. Then desperate Vitya shows a boarding house for creative people and says it is an asylum.
