Jerry Maguire

Jerry Maguire is a successful sports agent working for the major SMI agency. His main job is to draw up contracts with athletes and promote them in sports circles. Jerry seems to be at the top of his career and making good money doing what he likes. However, the company has a policy of quantity, not quality, while Jerry works and lives by completely different principles. One day Jerry realizes that there is something bigger in life, something more important than the money he earns — people. Inspired by this idea, he writes a memorandum in which he exposes the dark side of being a sports manager and says that he would like to take fewer athletes from a client in order to focus on interpersonal relationships with them. The result turns out to be quite different from what the hero expected. Jerry is fired, harassed, and they are also trying to confront the truth. But a good heart, sincere desire, and the support of his friends help Jerry see this through to the end and show the entire sports world that people are not tools for profit, but first and foremost, they are individuals.
