Sid

Sidney, better known as Sid, is a talkative and perpetually annoying sloth, the protagonist of all parts of the "Ice Age".

Sid is kind, smart, but easygoing. His friends often get into trouble because of him, so they treat him like a child. Sid is madly amative. The sloth has extremely warm feelings for individuals of the opposite sex, trying to capture someone's heart with unsuccessful attempts.

Sid has a cherished dream which escalates into psychosis and often puts the whole band in an uncomfortable position. It is because the sloth wants to have his own family.
