Loki
Loki

Loki Laufeyson, known by adoption as Loki Odinson, is the God of Mischief, Evil, and Lies. He is an anti-hero in the Marvel Comics universe, half-brother of Thor, and native son of Laufey, the leader of the Frost Giants. After the war between Asgard and Jötunheimr, the hero was adopted by Odin. From an early age, he has been interested in witchcraft, so his adoptive mother, Frigga, taught the boy various magical arts. As a result, Loki has superpowers and immunity to all poisons. Loki is also a master of black magic and can change his appearance. Thanks to his ability to mislead with words and illusions, he earned the nickname "The God of Lies". Ever since childhood, the God of Mischief grew up in his brother's shadow and always wanted power and recognition. So Loki tried to take over Asgard and kill Thor for centuries. For these attempts, he was imprisoned by Odin. Soon the hero got out of his shackles to go to Earth and rule the Hulk. He was pursued by a squad of Avengers for this reason. On Earth, the God of Lies created the supervillain Absorbing Man and freed Mr. Hyde with Cobra. He also unleashed the giant Skagg and the demon Surtur to kill his adoptive father. However, these plans have failed. So Loki makes one last attempt and tries to kill Odin with the Absorbing Man. But Thor wins, and Loki is trapped in a cosmic wormhole.
Interesting fact. Loki lost a bet to Thor in November 1971. It forced him to visit Midgard and hijack Northwest Orient Airlines Flight 305 to the United States.
