Ant-Man

Ant-Man is a name that encompasses three characters from the Marvel Universe, namely Hank Pym, Scott Lang, and Eric O'Grady. Hank Pym is the first and most famous Ant-Man. Best friend of Janet Van Dyne, the Wasp superheroine. He co-founded the Avengers with her. He is known as the creator of the robot Ultron, one of the major enemies of the Avengers. The real name of the second Ant-Man is Scott Lang. He stole Ant-Man's suit and shrinking gas from Hank Pym to save his daughter Cassie from heart disease. Later Scott retired from a life of crime and began a superhero career under the auspices of Hank Pym. The hero became a companion of the Fantastic Four and a member of the Avengers. The third Ant-Man, Eric O'Grady, was an agent for the S.H.I.E.L.D. organization. He accidentally found the Ant-Man suit at the organization's headquarters and used it to achieve his selfish ends. Eric was a member of the Initiative, Thunderbolts, and Secret Avengers.
