Valkyrie

Her real name is Brunnhilde, the superheroine of the Marvel Comics universe, a member of the Avengers team, born in Asgard. She was chosen by Odin to lead the Valkyries. Brunnhilde did so well that she maintained her position for many centuries, taking possession of the bodies of Earth women. In this connection, she bore their names: Barbara Norris, Samantha Parrington, Shan Bowen, and Annabelle Riggs. Valkyrie possesses superhuman physical skills — strength, endurance, speed, toughness, and lightning-fast reflexes. She is good at armed and hand-to-hand combat. Her main weapon is a mystical sword called the Dragon Tooth. She also uses Geirr, an enchanted spear. Brunnhilde is an excellent horsewoman. She uses Aragorn's horse, which can fly, to get around. One day Odin instructs Valkyrie to kill the warrior Siegmund. But Brunnhilde disobeyed the order and tried to save him. Despite all her efforts, Odin kills the warrior, and for Valkyrie's disobedience, he strips Brunhilde of her powers and plunges the heroine into anabiosis. After a while Siegmund's son Siegfried awakens the girl. Subsequently, they have relationships. Soon Siegfried falls under the influence of black magic and betrays Brunhilde. Later he is killed, and Valkyrie, unable to bear the loss, burns herself on the funeral pyre. After some time, Odin revives them, returning to their past positions and strength but stripping the heroes of all memories. Valkyrie's success and fighting prowess made Odin respect her so much that he even commissioned her to subdue the God of Thunder. But even though Brunhilde succeeded in fighting Thor, they were forced to unite against the Storm Giant, who had arrived to destroy Midgard.
