Immediately after purchasing the MEGOPACK XL subscription, you need to press two buttons to activate your subscriptions to these services. You can do this either immediately on the screen after a successful payment or in your profile.

Activate your NETFLIX and SETANTA SPORTS subscriptions one by one by clicking the corresponding buttons.

Despite this, you can still purchase MEGOPACK XL.
All unused days of your previous (current) subscription purchased on the website or Smart TV will be transferred to the MEGOPACK XL subscription — you will see the expiration date in your profile when you pay. After the expiration of the entire subscription period (including the recalculated period of the previous subscription), MEGOPACK XL will be renewed automatically.

The previous (current) subscription purchased in the Android or iOS application will be valid in parallel with MEGOPACK XL and will need to be canceled by you.

You can still purchase the MEGOPACK XL and continue watching from your SETANTA SPORTS account.

Your previous subscription will be valid in parallel with the MEGOPACK XL until you cancel it yourself in your personal profile on the SETANTA SPORTS website. You can also contact SETANTA SPORTS support to request a refund of the balance for the unused subscription period.

You can still purchase MEGOPACK XL and continue watching from your NETFLIX account.

Once you have activated your MEGOPACK XL subscription and activated NETFLIX in your MEGOGO account, you will receive a notification stating that:
- The previous payment method you used to pay for NETFLIX and all other subscriptions will be deactivated.
- Payment for your existing account will continue via MEGOGO by automatically renewing your MEGOPACK XL subscription.
- Subscriptions are managed by MEGOGO.
- If your payment via MEGOGO is terminated, your previous payment method used to pay for NETFLIX before purchasing MEGOPACK XL will be automatically reverted to the previous payment method.
- You can contact NETFLIX support to request a refund of the remaining balance for the unused subscription period.

No. MEGOPACK XL subscriptions can only be purchased on megogo.net or in the Smart TV app (except for iOS or Android). After purchase, MEGOGO content will be available in the MEGOGO app on iOS or Android.
