How to Get Fragments?

  • The longer and more often you watch content with fragments, the more fragments you get.
  • The notification about the accrual of the fragment appears in the player.
  • The notification is displayed only in the MEGOGO app on Smart TV, in the MEGOGO mobile application on the Android operating system, and on the megogo.net website.
  • Fragments are credited on all MEGOGO platforms, even if you do not see notifications.
  • You can check the current number of fragments at megogo.net/gifts
  • Fragments are kept in your inventory until you use them.

* Fragments for creating a silver pack are more often dropped in a bronze pack.

* Fragments for creating a gold pack are more often dropped in a silver pack.

How to Create a Pack?

  • Watch the content with fragments.
  • Exchange the fragments into a pack — collect all the fragments from the pack recipe and click "Create".
  • The required number of fragments will create a pack that will go into your inventory.
  • Go to your inventory and press "Get a gift" — you're guaranteed to get one of the gifts in the pack or fragments for creating more valuable packs.
  • You can create as many packs as you like, but to do that, you need to collect the fragments by the recipe each time.

How to Get a Gift?

  • All gifts from packs get into your inventory and stay there until you pick them up.
  • Select the gift you wish to receive and click on "Get a gift," you'll see a window with a promo code.
  • If it's a virtual gift from MEGOGO — a subscription, a movie gift, or a movie discount — you'll need to copy the promo code and activate it at https://megogo.net/ru/code.
  • If it is a physical gift, such as a TV or coffee machine, copy the promo code and use it when filling out the form.
  • Indicate the Nova Poshta post office where your gift will be sent.
