The main fight of XTB KSW 103 between Leo Brichta and Lukasz Charzewski in the 66 kg weight category will take place at Home Credit Arena in Liberec. In September, the Czech fighter lost to Brazilian Jairo Pacheco in a special RFA x IAF event. The bout lasted all five rounds, with Mumuzinho winning by unanimous decision. The Polish opponent last competed a year ago at the Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki 91 tournament, where he secured a victory over compatriot Michal Sobeh by referee decision.

The fourth-ranked featherweight fighter in the organization began his professional MMA career in the fall of 2017. Out of eighteen fights, he has won twelve and lost five, with one bout ruled a no-contest. Eight of his victories came in the first round, and he has won by knockout seven times. Leo made his debut in Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki in June 2023, and this will be only his fourth event under Poland’s leading MMA promotion.

Lukasz Charzewski has been competing in mixed martial arts tournaments since 2016. Out of sixteen fights, "Harry" has won thirteen. Nine of those victories came by judges' decision. The ninth-ranked featherweight fighter joined KSW last winter. His debut in the organization did not go as planned, as he suffered a defeat against Bosnia’s Ahmed Vila—only the second loss of his career. However, he bounced back in his next fight against Michal Sobeh.
