The Ukraine U-21 and Hungary U-21 national teams will face off in the second round of the UEFA Euro 2027 qualifying stage. The Group H match will take place at Fazanerija City Stadium in Murska Sobota, Slovenia, where Ukraine U-21 will serve as the nominal home side.

After the first round, Ukraine U-21 leads Group H with 3 points. Unai Melgosa’s team started the campaign with a 4–0 victory over Lithuania, thanks to goals from Danyil Krevsun, Serhii Korniichuk, Hennadii Synchuk, and Ramik Hadzhiev. Some of these players will miss the October matches due to call-ups to the U-20 squad or injuries.
