The draw for the Round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals and final of the UEFA Europa Conference League will take place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. During the ceremony, the Round of 16 pairings will be determined and the full tournament bracket will be mapped out all the way to the decisive clash in Leipzig. Sixteen teams will learn their immediate opponents and their potential route to the final at the Red Bull Arena. In accordance with the regulations, teams are paired based on their positions in the final standings of the league phase.

Direct berths in the Round of 16 were secured by the eight best teams from the league phase. French side Strasbourg topped the stage with 16 points. Poland’s Raków finished second with 14 points. Greek club AEK, Sparta, Rayo Vallecano, Shakhtar Donetsk and Germany’s Mainz — all of whom collected 13 points — also earned seeded status. The eighth automatic spot went to Cypriot side AEK Larnaca.

The eight seeded teams in the Round of 16 will be joined by the winners of the knockout play-offs, which concluded on the eve of the ceremony. In the draw, the unseeded clubs will be paired with one of the top-eight finishers from the league phase. Shaping the bracket all the way to the final allows participants to assess their potential opponents in the quarterfinals and semifinals in advance. The upcoming event will confirm the final competitive landscape in Europe’s third-tier club competition and identify the leading contenders for the title this season.
