Under the guidance of its coaching staff, the Turkish side relies on intense pressing and a highly productive attack. Ahead of this European fixture, Fenerbahçe is looking to strengthen its position in the standings both on the international stage and in the Turkish domestic league. It is crucial for the hosts to remain focused in their defensive structure, avoid mistakes when playing out under pressure, and force the Czech team to play on the back foot.

Slavia enters this round as a well-coordinated team traditionally known for its strong tactical discipline and excellent physical conditioning. The Czech club has a track record of successful performances against European opponents and aims to manage its energy throughout the competition schedule. The visitors will try to deny the Turkish players space in midfield, closely mark the home team's attacking leaders, and make effective use of set pieces near the opposing goal.

The history of meetings between these opponents includes encounters in European competitions in previous years. In November 2024, the Istanbul side came out on top in the UEFA Europa League, claiming a 2-1 away victory. The upcoming Champions League match will give the Prague players an opportunity to exact revenge, while the home team will have a chance to establish itself as the favorite in this matchup and earn all three points toward its overall tally.
