Czech club Jablonec approaches this round aiming to pick up points at home against a strong opponent. Particular attention will be focused on the hosts' defensive line, which was reinforced during the winter transfer window by experienced 30-year-old Ukrainian defender Eduard Sobol, who previously played for French club Strasbourg. The hosts' coaching staff plans to set up a deep defensive block, deny the English players space around the penalty area, and look for opportunities through rare but rapid counterattacks.

Brighton is enjoying a solid European campaign and aims to establish itself in the upper part of the Conference League standings. The English club traditionally relies on aggressive wing play, high pressing, and quick ball movement in midfield. The coaching staff is paying particular attention to its attacking players, including Kaoru Mitoma, who has attracted strong interest from other Premier League clubs. The visitors will try to set a high tempo from the opening minutes, break through the Czech team's defensive structure quickly, and settle the question of the winner.
