The government promises for many years to demolish the wall in the literal and figurative sense, but someone arranges the coexistence of two worlds in one area, and someone makes a lot of money on this. This does not suit the characters Damien and Leith, who, each in the own way, want to make a difference and can do it. They have announced an ultimatum to Paris.
