A New York cop Tony Luke gets a case of the murder of an influential businessman Noda, one of the bosses of the Yakuza. During the investigation, he is joined by a colleague from Seoul, who suspects that his death is the work of a cruel killer, Kuro-Nai. This ruthless martial arts master belongs to the criminal syndicate, which subjugates other criminal groups, killing their leaders. Companions set traps without assuming that their names are following on the list. The deadly game begins when one considers himself a hunter and everyone can be a victim.
