Scotland, 1858. A sky-terrier named Bobby sadly walks in the funeral procession that escorts his master John Gray in his last journey on the Greyfriar churchyard. After the funeral, Bobby refused to move away from the grave. Until his death, the dog did not leave the cemetery, where a shelter was built especially for it. Soon the whole country learned about dedication and perseverance of the little Bobby and people began to come to Greyfriar specially to see it.
