The story unfolds in a little village within the past ten years. The heroes of the story are the chairman, the secretary, the opposition, religious confessions, criminals, outcasts and common people. Regardless of social status, they share a common destiny and everyone understands that in order to make their life better they need to unite. Comic and tragic situations that happen in the small Kyrgyz village reflect the reality of this country.
