Time travel caused a new type of crime. It became possible to change events of the past, control financial markets and even destroy entire nations. The US government forms new enforcement agency called Time Enforcement Commission. Corrupted Senator goes back in time to change the course of history. A cop, Max Walker, is sent to track him down.
