1918. Immature Soviet state was forced to fight with an iron machine of Imperial Germany. Fleet that is based on the Black Sea is trapped and about to be captured by the Germans. So regulators make hard choice and order to sink their ships. But opposition leaders are trying to disrupt the implementation of a plan by all means in order to cause the biggest damage for the Communists.
