Oscar (20) and his sister Linda (18) are new residents of Tokyo. While Oscar trades drugs, Linda dances striptease at a nightclub. Once, during a police raid at a local bar, Oscar gets shot, and while he is dying, his spirit, faithful to the promise never to leave his sister, refuses to leave the world of the living. Oscar's restless spirit wanders through the city, pursued by unbearable nightmares. Past, present and future are intertwined in a hallucinogenic maelstrom.
