Each of us at least once in his life experienced the effect of déjà vu when we suddenly begin to feel that we are familiar with people, whom we actually have never seen before, and have been to places where we never were. And, perhaps, in such moments, someone came up with the idea that these feelings are nothing else but a warning sent to us from the past, and perhaps the key to understanding the future. ATF agent Doug Carlin gets an opportunity to travel in time, investigating the circumstances of the explosion, which occurred on a New Orleans ferry. Once in the past, he meets a woman who should be killed, and eventually falls in love with her.
