Maidan is a documentary movie. The world premiere occurred on the 67th Cannes Festival in May 2014. Well-known Sergei Loznitsa became the film director and the camera operator of this movie. The plot provides a chronology of the Maidan events starting from the peaceful protests to the grim, bloody struggles on the city streets.
