Based on the true story of Concepcion Arenal, who, in the middle of the 19th century, was a Spanish activist, feminist and writer. She wanted to change the rules of prison, but decided to change herself. In the mid-19th century, Concepcion Arenal was named inspector of the female correctional home in Spain. Her job was to visit prisoners and try to improve their desperate living conditions. At the same time, she became involved in the personal lives of women, delving into their past and present. Arenal proposed changes to avoid the abuse of power and bribery among existing workers' imprisonment. Her purpose was to teach them to use moderation in their exercise of power. She was removed from her post; however, improvements, which she entered exist to this day. Concepcion Arenal laid the foundation for a better and more just world.
