A little penguin named Pororo lives in a distant village and dreams of becoming a real racer. One day he and his friends cause an airplane to make emergency landing. On the airplane were some turtles with ice sleds for winter racing. Pororo takes the turtles for racers, asks them to give his a few racing lessons and decides to participate in the race. Upon arriving, he understands that the victory will be not so simple to get, as his rival is the White Tiger and sticky fingered bears.
