In the twenty-third century, the Earth disintegrated into millions of inhabited blocks, floating in space around the core. Water has become the most important life resource. The Sphere, a sinister dictatorship guarded by guards, controls the distribution of water. The guards are made up of people called Sagehens. They were born with supernatural powers that are enhanced by sunlight.
