The presidential race in the U.S. One of the candidates, Senator Davis gets floppy which proves that his rival is trying to start a new war in the Balkans. Davis is trying to prevent this, and goes to the negotiations in the Balkans. However, his opponent’s people are taking over his aircraft in the air. After the death of the pilots, U.S. Air Force Captain Dek Tyree is the only one who can save the senator and the other passengers and to prevent bloodshed.
