Guard is a four-series drama war series of patriotism in Ukraine. The events take place after the terrible crackdown of Maidan in 2014. Verkhovna Rada announced its intention to form the National Guard to protect the country. The series will tell about the first volunteers joined it.

They are people having come at the war from different worlds, they are of different age, views, social status and life experience. But all they are joined by love to their country and readiness to give their lives for its sake. The newcomers form the reconnaissance detachment, and they are trained by the career military - an Afghan War veteran, aka Old man (played by Aleksey Gorbunov). His task is to prepare them to the fighting in such a way they won't die at first five minutes of battle.

The TV series is of current relevance and allow nobody to stay indifferent. Moreover, the special advisers the Police Colonel Vladimir Abramian and six-time champion in shooting Sergey Streltsov were invited to portray fights as realistic as possible. The movie is available with sign language for people with disabilities.
