The streets of Los Angeles seem quiet and safe, but they are not. A serial killer, who scalps his victims, goes on the hunt once again. In the afternoon, Frank is a quiet shopkeeper of the store of mannequins, and at night he is a ruthless maniac who kills only young beauties. But his regular life changes, when a young photo-artist Anna appears, who needs his help in the exhibition. The further their relationship develops, the more difficult it becomes to Frank to make a choice – another scalp as a trophy or a real love.
