Olive writes a letter to Popeye, telling him that she’s no longer into sailors — she’s into cowboys now. The main character immediately heads out West, where he meets Bluto, a ranch owner who has captured Olive’s attention. After a series of humiliating defeats, Popeye finally manages to tame a wild horse and win Olive’s heart once again.
