Dean suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder after a failed secret operation in Bosnia. While he is waiting for his girlfriend in a cafe, a group of criminals injects him with a powerful hallucinogen. The drug causes the hero to have terrifying visions and returns him to his traumatic past. Dean begins to act extremely aggressively, taking his surroundings for a battlefield.
