Patrick Donovan, an appraiser of art, goes to Venice in order to establish the authenticity of three paintings from the famous gallery. However, during his visit a series of events happen, that led to the abduction of the priceless works of art - Tempest. Patrick becomes the main suspect in the case. To justify himself, he would have to investigate the case on his own, in spite of all obstacles.
