In a world where long ago the boundaries erased between reality and the most delusional fiction, a huge metropolis lives due to the energy generated from human feces – other energy sourses has long been exhausted. The social value of a citizen is directly proportional to the ability of regular bowel movements: the more often and more abundantly person defecates, the higher his social status is. All the newborn babies are implanted sensors in the anus that record the volume of feces produced. To stimulate the production of faeces, the government awards citizens by a narcotic drug «Juicy Bar» at the end of each successful visit to the toilet. When the street thugs Achi and Sipak meet a novice actress who regularly receives huge portions of the drug, all the three become targeted by the attacks of a sinister gang of mutants in diapers and government special forces.
